Temporary Sellers Permit
Make sure you have a Temporary Sellers Permit. The link below is for a Temporary Sellers Permit from the State of Idaho. The Market does not have a sellers permit number since we are not selling goods, the vendors are the Sellers. Fill out the Temporary Sellers Permit and fill in location 131 River St. East, Ketchum, Idaho 83340. Then add dates of event July 26,27,28 and then you’re done!

o If you require power, let us know ASAP and you will need to supply your own extension cords
o There is a water bottle filling station so remember to bring your own water bottles
Below is overview of the Vendor and Food/Beverage portion of the event, and a few additional details we will need from you.

Friday, July 26, 5pm-8pm (setup at 12-4pm)
Saturday, July 27, 10am - 6pm (setup at 8am)
Sunday, July 28, 10am - 4pm (setup at 8am) - breakdown at 4pm
Booth Info
Booth numbers will be assigned by July 15, 2024. A map and access instructions will also be provided at this time.
o Maker to supply own tent, table, setup, etc.
o WiFi available through Cox or personal hotspot
o Limited electricity available let us know if needed by July 10
o Reach out with special requests
Tent stakes are not allowed in any City parks. All tents must be weighted down. We suggest 5 gallon buckets a total of 4 one for each corner filled with water, sand, rocks or weights. Tents will remain at park until breakdown. We have overnight security from 10pm-6am Friday & Saturday. Vendor is responsible for securing booth and products. The Market will not be held responsible for lost/stolen items.
Food Vendors Transparency
It is extremely important that all vendors walk away from the event happy. We will be sharing food vendors and asking that there is no food/menu overlap.
CONCESSIONS
The City of Ketchum’s Resolution 19-013 prohibits the sale and distribution of single-use plastic water bottles, plastic straws, plastic bags or to-go food containers made of plastic or Styrofoam at all city-owned properties and facilities and city events.
Marketing of Event: Organizers will be marketing event via social media channels, public calendars, local media channels, etc. Our hope is that each vendor also promotes and shares the event through their social circles (Instagram, Facebook, email, word of mouth, etc). For cross-marketing to be effective we ask you to please tag @themarket_idaho in your posts, and #themarket2024

Safety & Liability: Vendors adhere to all laws, policies, rules, and regulations applicable to the goods and/or activities, including obtaining all licenses, permits, and approvals that may be required to enable the vendor to conduct its activities at the Market and fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. Organizers, and associated businesses will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your property, injury to, or death of the Participant (or its agents, employees, and or personnel), or Participant sales. Participant expressly assumes all risks of loss, damage, liability, injury, or destruction resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to acts or omissions by Participant, and hereby releases and waives any claims against The Market LLC related to such loss, damage, liability, injury, and/or destruction. Insurance is the full responsibility of the vendor and/or participant(s).
Please make sure you follow Idaho State law on collecting taxes, etc. The Market is not responsible for any permits that you may need. Ketchum taxes must be paid upon check-out.
